Our client, a mechanical contracting company, is seeking a Support Operations Associate to join their team! The Support Operations Associate will be responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing, and storing inventory according to purchase orders and company procedures. They also ensure that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery of goods to construction projects. Hours for this position are 6:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, and able to maintain schedules effectively. Pay is $21 - $24/hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate equipment and material orders.
• Picking/Pulling (Fulfillment) of equipment and material orders.
• Maintain stock inventory levels of equipment and material.
• Enter completed orders into the computerized Order Management System.
• Deliver fulfilled orders of equipment and materials to construction projects.
• Retrieve tools and materials from the construction project back to the warehouse.
• Inspect tools and equipment for safe and proper operation.
• Restock shelves.
• Coordinate incoming delivery of construction goods.
• Offload incoming deliveries of construction goods.
• Enter construction goods into computerized Warehouse Management System.

Qualifications:

• Previous Forklift operation
• Valid driver's license to operate a standard motor vehicle (pickup truck)
• May need to obtain DOT Medical Card (Company to Assist)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (Email)
• Verbal and written professional communication/customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
