Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to join our ESP parts team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with proven warehouse management and computer system experience to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years warehouse experience with demonstrated inventory control responsibilities
- Experience with ESP parts inventory management
- Proven experience entering inventory data into computer systems
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management software
- SAP experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move materials regularly
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Every other weekend: On-call rotation
- Expected hours: 60-70 hours per week (five-day schedule) / 80-90 hours per week (with weekend work)
COMPENSATION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inventory control for ESP parts
- Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Enter ESP parts inventory data into computer systems accurately and timely
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconciliations
- Prepare inventory reports and documentation
- Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Support ESP parts warehouse operations and logistics
