WAREHOUSE INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST

POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to join our cable shop team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with proven warehouse management and computer system experience to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient warehouse operations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years warehouse experience with demonstrated inventory control responsibilities
• Experience with cable and cable parts inventory management
• Proven experience entering inventory data into computer systems
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management software
• SAP experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move materials regularly

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Every other weekend: On-call rotation (most weekends on-call will result in work)
• Expected hours: 60-70 hours per week (five-day schedule) / 80-90 hours per week (with weekend work)

COMPENSATION

• $22.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage inventory control for cables and cable parts
• Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Enter cable and parts inventory data into computer systems accurately and timely
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconciliations
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation
• Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Support cable shop warehouse operations and logistics
