Sales Lead

Hollywood FL

Full-Time, Direct Hire

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals with ABA therapy organizations
  • Build and execute territory strategy using inbound leads, cold outreach, and networking
  • Conduct product demos clearly articulating value (data collection, treatment planning, progress reporting, compliance, billing integration)
  • Manage pricing negotiations and implementation timelines
  • Work cross-functionally with implementation, customer success, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience in quota-carrying role
  • Aggressive, persistent sales approach with strong discovery and closing skills
  • Technology interest and comfort explaining software to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and build repeatable pipeline processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Familiarity with practice management or healthcare software
  • Understanding of ABA therapy or behavioral health
  • Experience in healthcare compliance or clinical operations
  • Track record of exceeding quota

COMPENSATION:
$80 - $100k total comp (aroung $80k base)
