Sales Lead

Full-Time, Direct Hire
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals with ABA therapy organizations
- Build and execute territory strategy using inbound leads, cold outreach, and networking
- Conduct product demos clearly articulating value (data collection, treatment planning, progress reporting, compliance, billing integration)
- Manage pricing negotiations and implementation timelines
- Work cross-functionally with implementation, customer success, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience in quota-carrying role
- Aggressive, persistent sales approach with strong discovery and closing skills
- Technology interest and comfort explaining software to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and build repeatable pipeline processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Familiarity with practice management or healthcare software
- Understanding of ABA therapy or behavioral health
- Experience in healthcare compliance or clinical operations
- Track record of exceeding quota
COMPENSATION:
$80 - $100k total comp (aroung $80k base)
