About the Opportunity

This is a contract-to-hire position paying weekly. After approximately 90 days, strong performers will transition to full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package including full medical, 401(k) matching, and PTO. During the contract period, basic medical and 401(k) are provided.

We're placing a Forklift Operator at a state-of-the-art plastic bottle manufacturing facility in the North Miami Beach area. If you're bilingual, experienced on a stand-up forklift, and looking for a stable long-term opportunity with room to grow — this is it.

⚠️ Must-Haves

• Stand-up forklift experience (real, hands-on — required)
• Valid driver's license
• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility

Shift 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Choose your schedule:

• Option 1: Monday–Friday + one weekend day (Sat or Sun)
• Option 2: Thursday–Monday, with Tuesday & Wednesday off

Hours & Pay

• 37.5 hours guaranteed per week
• Overtime available as needed (paid at 1.5x)
• $17.00–$19.00/hr based on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating stand-up forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and pallets throughout the facility
• Loading and unloading trucks and staging areas
• Conducting daily equipment inspections and reporting any maintenance issues
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Following all OSHA and facility safety protocols
• Supporting production and warehouse teams as needed
