About the Role:

As a Maintenance Associate, you will support day-to-day facility and equipment upkeep through preventive maintenance, repairs, and basic mechanical assembly. You will play a key role in identifying issues early, troubleshooting equipment problems, and ensuring all work is carried out in line with OSHA and site safety standards. Your contribution will help extend equipment life, reduce breakdowns, and maintain a safe, efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, tools, and facility equipment according to established maintenance plans.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on equipment, identify root causes, and perform repairs or adjustments to restore proper operation.
• Use hand and power tools to disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble mechanical components and parts.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify wear, damage, or safety concerns and report findings promptly.
• Complete basic mechanical assembly tasks, including fitting, aligning, and securing parts according to specifications.
