Senior Front-End Developer Hollywood, FL | On-Site

Our client is building an innovative SaaS platform for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, designed to empower clinicians, streamline operations, and elevate quality of care. They are a growing team of technologists, designers, and healthcare professionals transforming behavioral health through intuitive technology and scalable systems.

Role Purpose Responsible for designing and developing responsive, user-focused interfaces for a healthcare SaaS platform, ensuring technical excellence, performance optimization, and alignment with product and architectural strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance user-facing features that deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end product solutions
• Translate product and design requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions
• Ensure applications are reliable, performant, and aligned with best engineering practices
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote efficient development workflows and support high-quality software delivery
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for innovation and improvement
• Support cross-platform initiatives and evolving product needs
• Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering environment

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
• Experience with mobile development (React Native or .NET MAUI)
• Experience with modern design frameworks (Material UI, LESS, SASS)
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience incorporating AI into software development
• Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Driven, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available during core overlap hours for team collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or similar SSR frameworks
• Experience with .NET / C# technology stack
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Experience in healthcare, ABA, or practice management software
