Day shift, Monday - Friday (8-5 or 7-4)

About the Role:

As a Lab Technician, you will support daily laboratory operations through precise sample collection, preparation, and analysis. Working under established protocols, you will help ensure that all test results are accurate, timely, and compliant with quality standards. Your work will contribute to reliable data that underpins key operational and regulatory decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect field and/or plant samples following established sampling plans and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Label, log, and store samples correctly to maintain integrity from collection through analysis.
• Prepare samples for analysis, including aliquoting, dilution, and basic pre-treatment steps.
• Operate laboratory analyzers and instrumentation according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine checks, calibrations, and basic maintenance on lab equipment and analyzers.
• Conduct tests and record results accurately in lab notebooks, logs, and electronic systems.
• Follow quality control and quality assurance procedures, including running standards
