Rotation: 14 days on and 6 days off, 12 hour shifts

7 Days then 7 Nights

About the Role:

As an Equipment Operator, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations by safely operating forklifts and handling materials to meet operational targets. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient product flow, accurate inventory movement, and a clean, safe work environment. Working closely with supervisors and team members, you’ll help ensure orders are processed and equipment is used effectively and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stage products and materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, stacking, and organizing materials and inventory.
• Follow work orders, instructions, and safety procedures to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area, including proper storage of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Support shipping and receiving activities
