Shift: Mon-Friday (3:30PM - 12AM)

About the Role:

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a range of manufacturing equipment to minimise downtime and ensure consistent product quality. Working closely with production and engineering teams, you will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automated systems. Your expertise will help drive reliability improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of manufacturing equipment to resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation-related issues.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to identify faults and plan corrective actions.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and adjustments to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Support setup, changeovers, and calibration of machinery, HMIs, and associated control systems to meet production requirements.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and modification of equipment, including wiring, piping, and mechanical assembly.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring problems, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability
