1st Shift:  4AM - 2:30PM (Monday - Thursday)

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery to meet daily output and quality targets. You will perform basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will help ensure that assemblies are completed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machines according to work orders, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance during production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform basic assembly tasks, following diagrams, instructions, and quality standards.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and carry out minor repairs to address simple mechanical issues.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic part replacement.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and material issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Record production data, including quantities
