This contract to hire position offers the opportunity to work with established crews, operate specialized cementing equipment, and contribute to high-impact well projects in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cementing equipment on location, supporting well construction and integrity activities. Working closely with field supervisors and rig personnel, you will execute rig-up, pumping, and rig-down operations to meet job programs and safety standards. Your performance will directly influence job quality, operational uptime, and site safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cementing units, pumps, and related equipment during oilfield cementing jobs according to job plans and instructions.
• Perform rig-up and rig-down of cementing equipment at well sites, ensuring proper layout, connections, and secure installation.
• Monitor and adjust cementing parameters (pressures, rates, volumes) during operations to maintain job quality and safety.
• Conduct pre-job equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure readiness, reliability, and compliance with operational standards.
• Assist with mixing and handling of cement blends and additives, following established procedures and job specifications.

Rotations:

15 days on and 6 days off
