About the Role:
You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of utility-scale equipment and systems, ensuring maximum uptime, performance, and safety. Working as part of a dedicated site team, you will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and inverter issues, and support continuous improvement of plant reliability. Your work will directly impact energy production, asset longevity, and safe site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance on utility-scale electrical and mechanical equipment, including inverters and associated systems.
* Conduct electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics on plant equipment to quickly identify faults and restore operation.
* Execute corrective maintenance tasks, repairs, and component replacements in accordance with OEM guidelines and site procedures.
* Apply root cause analysis to recurring or complex equipment issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
* Strictly follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), and participate in site safety meetings and audits.
