ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist for an on-site contract position in Andrews, Texas. You will be responsible for tracking, organizing, and managing parts, equipment, and materials in a fast-paced industrial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and process stock transactions
• Conduct cycle counts and physical audits to ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to prevent shortages
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Generate reports and communicate status updates to supervisors

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
• Proficiency with an inventory management system or ERP platform
• SAP experience a strong plus but not required
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working approximately 60 hours per week

COMPENSATION

• $22.00/hr straight time | Overtime at 1.5×
• Weekly pay
• Approximately 60 hrs/week expected
