Job Description

The Bulk Plant Operator is the technical lead for product integrity and facility readiness. You are responsible for the precise blending, loading, and movement of materials critical to wellsite operations. By mastering Standard Work (SW) and maintaining a "Quality First" mindset, you ensure that every pound of product delivered to our customers meets exact specifications, on time and without incident.

• Execute Complex Mixes: Accurately blend and mix bulk products according to specific job program designs.

• Verification: Perform pre-load calculations to verify material quantities, ensuring zero waste and 100% accuracy.

• Quality Assurance: Strictly adhere to Product Line (PL) protocols to guarantee that only "Spec-A" materials leave the facility.

• Inventory Integrity: Lead daily documentation for inbound/outbound goods and conduct monthly physical inventory audits.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Partner with Logistics and Product Service Delivery (PSD) teams to synchronize the movement of materials to and from the wellsite.

• Maintenance & Upkeep: Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a "tour-ready" facility through rigorous housekeeping and preventative maintenance.

• Hazard Management: Participate in Job Risk Analysis (JRA) and proactively identify opportunities to improve service safety.

• Environmental Stewardship: Manage the secure labeling, storage, and disposal of chemical additives and containers in compliance with HSE and governmental regulations.

• Peer Leadership: Act as a mentor and safety lead, assisting in the training and development of junior Operators and Trainees.
