Support key HR functions including employee relations, compensation, inclusion, disability, and workers' compensation.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary resource for associates and managers on employee relations matters, including payroll, benefits, compensation, and company policies. Act as the main point of contact for Workday (HCM) and payroll issue resolution. Partner with talent acquisition and campus recruiting teams to align hiring processes with business objectives. Identify and implement HR process improvements for greater efficiency. Develop and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc reports on headcount, turnover, performance, and staffing. Conduct exit interviews and assess trends. Prepare internal transfer and promotion letters, org announcements, and support vendor compliance requests.
