FORKLIFT OPERATOR / INVENTORY CYCLE COUNT TECHNICIAN

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Forklift Operator and Inventory Cycle Count Technician to join our team in Andrews, Texas. This is a dual-function role — you will be operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment while also managing accurate inventory cycle counts using computer-based systems. If you are comfortable on a forklift and know your way around a computer, this is a strong opportunity with serious overtime pay.

This position runs long hours — 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend required. Expect 80 to 100 hours per week on a consistent basis. Candidates must be available for that schedule and physically able to perform the demands of the job.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely throughout the facility
• Moving, staging, and organizing materials, parts, and equipment
• Conducting scheduled and unscheduled inventory cycle counts
• Entering count data and inventory adjustments into computer systems (WMS or similar)
• Verifying stock accuracy and reporting discrepancies to supervisors
• Receiving, logging, and put-away of incoming shipments
• Pulling and staging materials for outbound orders or internal job requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following all safety protocols, including OSHA forklift standards
• Communicating with warehouse and operations teams on inventory status

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Valid forklift certification required — must be able to provide documentation
• Comfortable and proficient with computers — able to navigate inventory or warehouse management software
• Strong attention to detail — cycle counting requires accuracy and patience
• Physically able to work on your feet for 12-hour shifts in a warehouse environment
• Dependable and on time — this schedule requires full commitment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Must be available Monday through Friday and every other weekend
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• High school diploma or GED preferred

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
• Prior experience with cycle counting or inventory control in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP inventory modules
• Experience in oilfield, industrial, or heavy equipment supply environments
