About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. An exciting opportunity to build the product marketing function from the ground up within an established marketing organization. You will own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our ABA therapy software platform, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate growth and deepen our impact on clinics, providers, and healthcare organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and competitive positioning
  • Own customer targeting and messaging (CTM) — including segmentation, competitive differentiation, and persona development
  • Lead market research initiatives: customer interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, and data-driven insights that inform roadmap alignment
  • Create and manage a robust content strategy spanning social media, blog, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership
  • Partner closely with Sales to deliver training, messaging frameworks, battlecards, and feedback loops that improve conversion
  • Lead cross-functional alignment between Product, Sales, and Marketing around shared launch objectives and KPIs
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events

What We're Looking For
Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing with a demonstrated track record of driving go-to-market success and revenue growth
  • Proven experience in SaaS startup or high-growth environments — you know how to build and move fast with lean resources
  • Comprehensive marketing expertise across digital and traditional channels, including campaign strategy, demand generation, and brand development
  • Experience developing CTM strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Strong content creation and strategy chops across multiple formats and channels
  • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration and team leadership

Preferred

  • Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) software platforms, ideally serving clinics, providers, or behavioral health organizations
  • Background in healthcare technology or clinical services marketing

Location & Travel
