We partner directly with school districts nationwide, providing ABA services, clinical expertise, and structured behavioral support solutions that improve student outcomes and help districts meet compliance and special education requirements.
As we continue expanding our national footprint, we are growing our sales team and seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand partnerships with school districts across the country.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and driving new business growth by introducing ABA services to school districts nationally.
This is a hybrid role, and we are seeking someone locally based in South Florida who can come into the office as needed while maintaining flexibility for remote work.
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and confident in outbound outreach, with experience selling into school districts, SLED, healthcare, or educational services markets.
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach to school district decision-makers nationwide
Identify and research key stakeholders including Special Education Directors, ESE Coordinators, Superintendents, and district administrators
Clearly communicate the value proposition of ABA services for school districts
Generate and qualify leads, setting meetings for senior leadership and closing teams
Collaborate closely with leadership to transition qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach metrics, KPIs, and pipeline progress
Contribute to sales strategy development as the organization expands nationally
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or SDR role (required)
Experience selling into school districts, SLED, healthcare, or education markets strongly preferred
Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
