Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and prospect new client companies through cold calling, networking, social selling, and territory management. Prior experience selling into MSP accounts.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points, hiring cycles, and organizational culture.
- Relationship Management: Manage and expand existing accounts by ensuring high service levels and identifying additional staffing needs (Direct Hire, Contract, or Contract-to-Hire).
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, local labor market data, and competitor activity to position our services effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Recruitment Team to ensure candidates presented align perfectly with the client’s expectations.
- Negotiation: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the staffing industry Technology: Prior experience working with VMS platforms (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY)
