About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated  Construction Superintendent to join a high-end residential construction team specializing in luxury single-family homes. This is a 1099 contract position offering hands-on experience in the field with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily on-site supervision of construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth workflow and resolve site issues promptly.

Monitor progress, safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.

Report site updates to senior leadership and ensure that all work aligns with project goals and client expectations.

Help manage deliveries, inspections, and punch lists to ensure timely completion.

Maintain a professional and organized job site representing the company’s high-end standards.

Qualifications

Bilingual

1–3 years of experience in residential or luxury home construction.

Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and schedules.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
