We are building and scaling a cloud-based SaaS platform in the healthcare technology space and are expanding our engineering operations. We are seeking a Senior-Level DevOps Engineer to help design, secure, and maintain reliable infrastructure while strengthening monitoring, observability, and deployment processes. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, scalability, and performance as the platform grows.
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
Manage and optimize AWS EC2 environments, including provisioning and scaling
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and repeatable deployments
Strengthen infrastructure security, IAM policies, and secrets management
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to support development workflows
Proactively identify performance, reliability, and cost optimization opportunities
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or cloud engineering
Hands-on experience managing AWS EC2 environments
Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Pipelines)
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
Solid understanding of infrastructure security, IAM best practices, and secrets management
Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Availability during core overlap hours for team collaboration
Release engineering experience (branching strategies, release automation, artifact management)
Experience with event-driven or serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge)
Exposure to cloud cost optimization, performance tuning, and advanced observability practices
Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Developer)
Preference for candidates based in South East Florida
Hybrid or office-based work environment (Hollywood, FL area)
