Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and inventory management. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical inventories.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and shipment of goods.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments or inventory.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
