We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
