Construction Superintendent / Project Manager – Luxury Residential

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent (or Project Manager) to oversee the completion of a high-end luxury single-family home in Bay Harbor Islands. The home is approximately 6,000 square feet, with the structure nearing completion and an estimated 1 to 1.5 years remaining until project delivery.

This is not a project-based position. We have multiple ongoing and upcoming luxury residential projects, and the selected candidate will continue with the company after this project is completed.

About the Role

The Superintendent will lead all on-site supervision and coordination, ensuring top-quality execution, adherence to design, and timely completion. This is a hands-on leadership role that bridges both field and office responsibilities, requiring constant collaboration with contractors, architects, engineers, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and scheduling

Work closely with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure plans are executed accurately

Maintain jobsite safety and regulatory compliance

Prepare daily reports, schedules, and documentation using Procore

Communicate progress updates, issues, and milestones to management

Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required

Proven experience completing at least 2 full-cycle luxury homes

Strong background in residential construction

Familiarity with Miami-area construction standards

Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software

Capable of managing both field operations and office reporting
