Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with specific tools or machinery relevant to the industry.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Previous experience in a similar role in the Shreveport area.

Details:

• Duration: 3 - 6 Months, contract to hire
• Compensation: $18-$22
• Work Hours: Day, Night or Weekend (7AM-5:30PM), (5:30PM - 7AM)
