About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Jr. Construction Superintendent to join a high-end residential construction team specializing in luxury single-family homes. This is a 1099 contract position offering hands-on experience in the field with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily on-site supervision of construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth workflow and resolve site issues promptly.

• Monitor progress, safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.

• Report site updates to senior leadership and ensure that all work aligns with project goals and client expectations.

• Help manage deliveries, inspections, and punch lists to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain a professional and organized job site representing the company’s high-end standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in residential or luxury home construction.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and schedules.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
