Industrial Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Location: North Miami Beach, FL
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Full Time
THURSDAY -MONDAY (37.5 hours Guaranteed, usually 40-46 hours are avg)
Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience) Starting @25/hr

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our night-shift operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and has strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on a variety of production and facility equipment.

• Diagnose and repair issues involving hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot and maintain motors, sensors, and actuators to ensure equipment reliability.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and document all service performed.

• Collaborate with operations staff to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical problems quickly.

• Follow all company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an industrial or maintenance technician in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits.

• Familiarity with automation components such as motors, sensors, and actuators.

• Ability to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Availability to work 3rd shift (10 PM – 6 AM).
