Project Manager – High-End Residential Construction

Location: Miami, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of luxury new construction residential projects in the Miami area — from ground-up development to final handover. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing high-end home builds, coordinating multiple trades, and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, schedule adherence, and budget control.

This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a detailed understanding of South Florida construction practices, including local permitting, inspections, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction to final completion.

Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design intent and build quality are executed to the highest standards.

Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Oversee on-site activities, inspections, and day-to-day operations.

Manage subcontractor procurement, bids, and performance.

Ensure compliance with all local codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations.

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to ownership and clients.

Review and approve change orders, RFIs, and documentation.

Maintain a professional, client-centered approach throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing custom or luxury residential construction projects, preferably in South Florida.

Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar new builds and renovations.

Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade County building codes and inspection processes.

Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or equivalent).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
