Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.- Document and report findings to the Quality Manager.- Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.- Maintain records of inspections and test results.- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.- Provide training and guidance on quality procedures to team members.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar role.- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.- Proficiency in using quality testing tools and equipment.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.- Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
