Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of safety and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and distribute materials, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
- Coordinate and track shipments, both incoming and outgoing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Specialist or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.

Shift: Day or Night
Hours: AM or PM
