We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Technician to support our logistics operations in Odessa, Texas. Position Overview

• Location: Odessa, TX

• Pay: Starting at $20.50/hour

• Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift available (shift differential offered for 2nd shift)

• Schedule: 50–80 hours per week with overtime opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in a safe and effective manner

• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems

• Perform data entry for inventory control, shipping, and documentation

• Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily operational goals

• Adhere to all company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Proven forklift operation experience required

• Strong computer skills with experience in inventory systems and data entry

• Ability to work extended hours and adapt to changing workload demands
