Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Support / Junior Account Manager to join our team in Aventura, FL. This is an entry-level, office-based role (no travel required) where you will work directly with enterprise buyers to support and maintain existing relationships. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and eager to learn, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise buyers, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships.
- Manage customer accounts by monitoring orders, inventory levels, and payment status.
- Use retailer and customer platforms to track shipments, check stock levels, and resolve account-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with preparing account reports and sales activity updates.
- Provide excellent phone and email communication with clients and partners.
- Support general sales operations and administrative needs of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Must be located within 20 minutes of Aventura, FL (33180).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident on the phone and in email communication.
- Computer savvy; ability to quickly learn customer and retailer platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBooks, or ShipStation is a plus (not required).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a positive attitude.
