Payroll Manager
Syracuse, NY | Hybrid

Our client is a growing professional services firm with an exciting Payroll Manager opportunity, open due to upcoming retirement.

The Payroll Manager will lead the payroll processes for a large multi-state employer with multiple tax classifications.


Job Summary:

  • Manage the complete payroll process working closely with Human Resources and Payroll Analyst
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Ensure accurate records & reporting
  • Administer retirement plan contributions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Business Administration 
  • 10+ years hands on payroll administration experience with multi-state experience
  • Strong analytical skills. Accounting experience a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
