Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Commercial
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Role Overview:
Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial construction sites, ensuring cost-effective project delivery, strict adherence to safety and management policies, and excellent customer relations.

Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial construction sites, ensuring cost-effective project delivery, strict adherence to safety and management policies, and excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all project phases: Job Set Up, Construction, and Close Out.
- Manage project costs and ensure maximum profitability and effectiveness.
- Direct, train, and manage project teams, including performance appraisals and problem resolution.
- Act as the primary customer sponsor and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Project Portfolio: Must provide a project list showcasing successfully completed commercial projects with application.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of related commercial construction experience.
- Technology: Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with Procore project management system is required.
- Communication: Strong ability to analyze technical documents, resolve complex problems, and confidently present information to top management and clients.
- Reasoning: Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions from abstract and
concrete variables. - Physical Demands: Ability to navigate construction sites (stand, walk, stoop, kneel), lift up to 25 pounds, and meet standard vision requirements.
