As a Manufacturing Engineer III, you are responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through engineering expertise, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and refining manufacturing processes that ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead process flow and fixture design to improve efficiency and quality
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC/control systems for automation
  • Drive planning, capital projects, and strategic initiatives
  • Create and manage CAD models and technical documentation
  • Mentor junior engineers and peers by sharing technical knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned to elevate team capability and performance
  • Manage projects, CI initiatives, and Lean implementation
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools
  • Apply DFM principles and manage ECNs/ECRs
  • Provide hands-on support and resolve complex production issues
  • Own deliverables, demonstrate growth, and communicate effectively


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • Capable of performing standard data analysis to support manufacturing decisions; interprets trends and variances in production metrics with guidance, and contributes to identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Proficient in designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC systems; independently develops and integrates complex control logic to support automated manufacturing processes
  • Communicates clearly and confidently across all levels of the organization; adapts messaging to diverse audiences, facilitates productive dialogue, and provides constructive feedback with empathy and precision
  • Expert in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks; independently creates, modifies, and manages complex 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings to support engineering and manufacturing operations
  • Leads complex projects from planning through execution with minimal oversight; coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines and resources, and ensures alignment with business goals and customer expectations
