We are seeking a highly skilled Controller with expertise in finance and accounting to join our team. As a Controller, you will be responsible for managing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. You will work closely with other members of the leadership team to ensure that financial goals are met and that the company is operating efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Manage all financial operations of the company - Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts - Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Provide financial analysis and guidance to other members of the leadership team - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards - Manage the company's financial relationships with external partners, including banks and investors - Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures - Oversee the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
