Location: Woodinville, Marysville, Bothell, or Tacoma, WA

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the captain of your own ship, steering the sales team towards success while driving growth in the region. You’ll work closely with division managers and major accounts, collaborate with the home office, and make sure your team is motivated and executing our client’s winning strategy.

  • Lead the Charge: Take full ownership of the sales performance in your region (P&L responsibility included!).
  • Grow & Innovate: Develop fresh strategies, spot new opportunities, and drive market share.
  • Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with division managers and regional sales teams to ensure smooth operations and success across the board.
  • Relationship Builder: Build solid, long-lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.
  • Sales Guru: Train, mentor, and lead your team to execute a sales strategy that makes an impact.

What We’re Looking For:
Our client is looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience: A strong background in sales (ideally in building materials) with leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Leadership: You’re a natural leader who can motivate a team and encourage growth.
  • Tech-Savvy: You know your way around Microsoft Office and are comfortable using the tools of the trade.
  • Industry Knowledge: If you’re familiar with lumber, plywood, or the construction industry, you’ll be right at home. *Bonus if you have residential construction knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: You can talk the talk, whether you’re chatting with clients or giving a presentation to your team.
  • Problem Solver: You see challenges as opportunities and know how to get things done.

The Nitty Gritty:

  • Some lifting (up to 50 lbs), outdoor work, and travel will be required.
