We're hiring a Logistics/Buyer Admin to support our growing team! No logistics experience? No problem. We're ready to train the right person with the right attitude.
Coordinating shipping & purchasing activities (don't worry—we'll teach you!)
Communicating with vendors, carriers, and suppliers (phone pros, this is your time to shine)
Keeping records, files, and timelines organized like clockwork
Helping make deals and solve problems on the fly
10+ years in admin roles—you’ve seen it all, and nothing rattles you
Strong phone skills—you’re professional, friendly, and get results
Extreme attention to detail and a passion for staying organized
Curiosity to learn the world of logistics
