As a Recruiter, you will recruit, source, and connect various professionals with top companies.

We start and end early with the ability to flex as our client’s needs change.

To start this role is Hybrid Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, and Half-Day Fridays. Tuesdays and Thursdays are in the office.

What You Will Bring

  • Have a min of 2 years of Sales / Business Development / Full-Cycle Recruiting experience
  • Have a fundamental understanding/interest in GTM/Tech/Executive/Sales & Marketing Recruiting
  • Eager to build a career, not just find another job
  • Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen Outside-the-box thinker
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong ability to leverage analytics to support recruiting efforts and business planning decisions
  • Lead additional recruitment initiatives as needed
  • Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements, and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting process for each role
  • Able to work effectively, autonomously, and consistently in our office and remotely
  • Must be able to develop strong, authentic, and meaningful relationships
  • Develop and adjust the content of sales presentations by understanding the client needs
  • Develop and maintain social media presence
  • Identify and prospect for new opportunities
  • Consistently log detailed activity and keep management informed by sharing weekly work plans and monthly account analysis
  • Monitor competition by gathering current information on competitor’s activity in the market
