Federal Bid and Proposal Writer (Fairfax, VA)

Drive the proposal development lifecycle for Federal Government contracts from the Fairfax, VA headquarters.

You will analyze RFPs, write clear and persuasive proposals, and collaborate closely with executive, business development, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams to ensure all submissions are compelling, compliant, and delivered on time. Key focus areas include content development (executive summaries, past performance, etc.), process management, and strict adherence to federal contract regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3+ years of Federal government proposal writing experience.

  • Expertise in government contract regulations and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with federal contracting business intelligence tools (e.g., Deltek GovWin, SAM.gov).
