VTC/AV Systems Engineer (DoD Compliance)

Manage the full lifecycle of Audio/Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) infrastructure supporting ACC MAJCOM customers.

This role requires expertise in Cisco VTC equipment (CallManager, Expressways) and network protocols (H.323, SIP). You will be responsible for system conceptual design (using Visio), installation, maintenance, and providing Tier 3 customer support. A critical component of this role is ensuring all VTC/AV systems strictly meet DoD Cybersecurity and STIG compliance requirements, including patch management, preventative maintenance, and disaster recovery planning.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of VTC experience.

• 4+ years experience with Cisco VTC equipment (CallManager, etc.).

• Working knowledge of network protocols and firewalls.

• CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II).

• SECRET Clearance.
