Senior Business Analyst

Contract: 1 Year
Hybrid: 1 week onsite / 1 week remote

Top Required Skills

  • 6+ years of hands on experience as a Business Systems Analyst (business analysis, process mapping, and enterprise application support )
  • Experience with ERP systems or Fleet Management, and Facilities Management applications
  • Experience handling projects with integrations options between systems and processes
  • Strong understanding and adherence to formal testing and change management methodologies
Soft skill Requirements 
  • Ability to work as part of a team, being led and leading
  • Effective communication written, verbal, presentation
  • Workshop and problem-solving facilitation with business unit client groups and IT teams.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Facilities teams to understand operational needs and translate them into detailed business requirements.
  • Identify business systems solution requirements by interviewing clients and analyzing work processes to evaluate information systems functionality.
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements, testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications.
  • Conduct business process analysis and contribute to long-range system planning.
  • Develop and execute test plans, perform system configuration, and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Assist with implementing workarounds when system issues affect operations and provide advanced customer service.
  • Provide second and third-level Help Line support for Facilities-related system issues.
  • Lead or support enhancements and IT projects that improve Facilities operations and asset management.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business strategies.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Education & Years of Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree with 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and enterprise application support
  • Associate s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
