Software Engineer 

Location: Norfolk, VA
Clearance: Active Secret
Certification: Security + CE

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain desktop Applications
• Create software documentation and provide task status.
• Collaborate in an Agile team environment.
• Implement software testing best practices (SIT/DIT).
• Analyze and implement change requests from stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and debug code.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active Secret clearance.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of professional technical problem-solving.
• Experience with DoD Business IT systems (supply, logistics, maintenance, personnel).
• Proficiency in:
  • C/C++, Java, SQL, Bash, Maven, Make
  • RDBMS (Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle)
  • SOAP/RESTful Web Services
  • Linux (Red Hat preferred)
  • Test frameworks (JUnit, TestNG)
  • DevSecOps concepts (CI/CD/CI)
• Knowledge of:
  • Agile development
  • Micro Focus ALM/UFT
  • JIRA (plus)
