Account Representative (AR) B2B Professional Sales (Remote)At Systematic Business Consulting our mission is to recruit critical talent to manufacturing plants nationally.
We are looking for Account Representative that will contact manufacturing plants and negotiate contracts, manage job needs and potential employees for direct hire recruitment. We have an exceptional supply side recruitment team that keeps clients happy and keep coming back making the job easier over time.
Our Account Representatives after training make more than the average top executives (to include Presidents) of other companies. We are looking for people that have that inner drive to improve and be the best within their career field. We tend to hire a lot of people that were #1 in their previous role or have taken on exceptional roles or challenges in the past and come out on top.
All our top Account Reps have proven themselves within the most competitive environments within the military, sports or prior sales prior to coming to SBC. Training for the first six months is brutal, but within a year (if your “average” with us) you will be making more than the average executive and probably a lot more happier!
