Be the friendly first point of contact for IT support across our hotels and corporate office
Troubleshoot network, application, and high-speed internet issues with professionalism and care
Help onboard and train team members on basic tech tools and systems
Support our network security, backup systems, and hardware maintenance tasks
You’re curious, approachable, and love solving problems for people
You communicate clearly and keep calm under pressure
You’re a team player who enjoys building relationships across departments
