Contract to Hire
Location: Raleigh, NC (100% onsite)
$25/hr

US Citizen or Green Card will only be considered

Are you the go-to person when friends or coworkers need tech help — and you actually enjoy it? We’re looking for a Technical Support Representative who brings not just skill, but also personality, patience, and positivity to our growing IT team.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for IT support across our hotels and corporate office

  • Troubleshoot network, application, and high-speed internet issues with professionalism and care

  • Help onboard and train team members on basic tech tools and systems

  • Support our network security, backup systems, and hardware maintenance tasks
