M365 Developer (Copilot)

Philadelphia area -- relocation assistance where applicable

In this role, you will support the development, automation, and optimization of multiple Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments across a global organization leveraging the latest capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.

• Automate business processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other M365 tools.

• Integrate and extend M365 Copilot capabilities to enhance user productivity and streamline operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint and M365 applications.

• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, including Copilot features and best practices.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar major

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience as a SharePoint Developer or M365 Developer in a large-scale enterprise environment.

• Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Microsoft Graph API.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including prompt engineering, customization, and integration.

• Experience designing and deploying AI-enhanced productivity solutions using Copilot.
