Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Peabody, MA (onsite)
We're seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our RF&M operations team. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to site leadership across multi-state and international facilities. This is a visible, hands-on position—perfect for an HR leader who thrives on the production floor and understands the pace of modern manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with leadership to drive organizational development, employee engagement, and talent strategy
Lead performance management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives
Oversee compliance, union negotiations, HR policy implementation, and change management
Guide recruitment strategies, ensuring a strong talent pipeline aligned to business goals
Leverage data and HR systems (BambooHR, ADP, Paycom) for smart decision-making and operational excellence
What You Bring:
8–10 years of progressive HR leadership in manufacturing (electronics, semiconductor, defense, or aerospace) - required!
Multi-site, multi-state experience with strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
Proven success in union contract negotiation and employee relations
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute on the ground
HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
