Human Resources Business Partner
Industry requirement: Manufacturing (Electronics, Semiconductor, Defense, or Aerospace)

Location: Peabody, MA (onsite)

We're seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our RF&M operations team. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to site leadership across multi-state and international facilities. This is a visible, hands-on position—perfect for an HR leader who thrives on the production floor and understands the pace of modern manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational development, employee engagement, and talent strategy

  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives

  • Oversee compliance, union negotiations, HR policy implementation, and change management

  • Guide recruitment strategies, ensuring a strong talent pipeline aligned to business goals

  • Leverage data and HR systems (BambooHR, ADP, Paycom) for smart decision-making and operational excellence

What You Bring:

  • 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership in manufacturing (electronics, semiconductor, defense, or aerospace) - required!

  • Multi-site, multi-state experience with strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance

  • Proven success in union contract negotiation and employee relations

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute on the ground

  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
