We're seeking an experienced DocuSign or electronic documentation solution expert to lead the modernization of our contract workflow. Currently reliant on manual email, PDF, and scan processes, we’re ready to digitize and streamline how we process thousands of proposals per year—and we need a self-starter to drive it.
Own the end-to-end implementation of DocuSign (or equivalent) for contract management
Redesign our contract process to increase control, efficiency, and visibility
Work directly with the CFO, Controller, Director of IT, and Project Accounting Lead to ensure a smooth rollout
Collaborate across procurement, purchasing, and accounting teams to align workflows
Lead best practices for digital approvals, document routing, and audit trails
Hands-on experience leading DocuSign or e-signature platform implementations from concept to implementation
Strong understanding of contract workflows in purchasing, procurement, or finance
Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously (SME)
Experience working in environments involving procurement, purchasing, or project accounting
