��️ SAP Applications Manager – Construction & Design-Build Focus
�� Location: New York, Atlanta, or Charlotte (Hybrid)

We’re hiring an experienced SAP Applications Manager to lead enterprise-wide SAP strategy and systems integration in a fast-paced commercial construction and design-build environment. You’ll drive process improvement, real-time data visibility, and field enablement across functions like Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Project Execution.

�� Your Mission

• Define and govern the SAP S/4HANA architecture to support operations across field offices, job sites, and support teams

• Lead SAP integration with project management, procurement, manufacturing, and financial platforms

• Configure SAP environments tailored to the needs of construction, self-perform services, and modular delivery

• Collaborate on cloud optimization (AWS), driving cost efficiency and performance

• Enable field leaders with mobile-ready analytics (SAP Fiori), real-time material tracking, and AI-enabled forecasting tools

• Partner with on-site teams to adapt system workflows for boots-on-the-ground efficiency

• Oversee team performance, budget execution, and vendor coordination for enterprise IT success

✅ What You Bring

• 7+ years in SAP enterprise architecture, including 5+ years with SAP S/4HANA in cloud environments (AWS preferred)

• Experience supporting construction management, design-build, or self-perform operations

• Deep understanding of SAP modules: FI, PP, MM, IM, SD

• Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, and analytics dashboards for operational insights

• Proven track record in system modernization, compliance, and secure infrastructure management

• Strong team leadership, project execution, and cross-departmental collaboration skills

• SAP certifications preferred (e.g., S/4HANA Architect, Integration Specialist)
